Lithuania's eCommerce market is in its very beginning - there are only about 600 e-shops in this Baltic state. The market is completely lacking in comparison of goods, so Lithuanians often use e-shops only to compare online and offline prices. The vast majority of online shoppers make decisions based on a price that is often lower than in stores. Speed and the cost of transport also play an important role in decision-making.
