Delivering packages quickly, on time, and including a tracking number is key to successful sales on Amazon. This is also related to the choice of carrier, how often you will send orders, how long the delivery time of orders to the client will be and what the shipping price will be.

There are two shipping options - either from your own warehouses (FBM) or Amazon warehouses (FBA). Once order is recieved, it must be shipped within 24 hours (can be set for a longer period of time if needed). It also has to include tracking number.

Almost 30% of orders go to a country other than the primary marketplace country. Austrians, Danes, etc. shop on the German Amazon. However, it is up to you to which countries you allow shipping.

Do you want to send goods to Amazon FBA warehouses?

You can send goods either on pallets or in individual packages, using correct labeling.

Beware!

Test the delivery of packages with each carrier - e.g. PPL tracking numbers are not recognized by Amazon abroad. It is recommended to use another carrier or write DHL tracking number manually.

Beware!

If you send a pallet to an FBA with a carrier that has no contract and experience with Amazon, it is possible that the shipment will be rejected.

Local return addresses

As important as getting a package to a customer is to get it back in case the customer decides to return the package. A local return address is also required by Amazon.

Return label variant

In cooperation with our carrier we offer an even more convenient way of returning goods for your clients - these are return labels. You will provide customers with a straight label, which will only be carried to their nearest place of residence!  In addition, immediately when they deliver the package, you get a tracking package and you can return the money faster.

We are able to offer better quality, more advantageous and especially faster reverse transport for goods returned from your customers. This service currently works for all goods returning to Germany or France. For all active return shipments, we are able to track their location and also when they were delivered to an external warehouse.

We offer two possible shipments:

1.

ELECTRONIC RETURN LABEL

For shipments up to 21 kg, we are immediately able to send the customer a prepaid shipping label.

2.

COLLECTION REQUEST

For shipments up to 31 kg, we can order a pick-up from the customer for the following day.

Frequently asked questions

Inspection of goods

By looking at the returned package, you can provide your customers with better service.  During the check, you will see if the returned order is in order and you can return the price of the item to the customer before returning it to your home warehouse.

How often?

The frequency of sending goods back to the Czech Republic depends entirely on your decision. By default, these are weekly, fortnightly or monthly intervals.
Attention! - Delivery times are longer in the USA and CAN. Packages are sent to the Czech Republic 1 time every 3 months and the transport takes about 1 month.

When to return the money?

The return is inspected by our staff upon receipt. You'll see its status in a shared Google spreadshere that notifies you that you can safely refund your order.
